Primary IT Service Desk Engineer | Littlefish IT Ltd
Another varied role. Started with 1st line support to being promoted to a primary IT service desk engineer for Cafcass/Food Standard Agency/Morrisons working closely with infrastructure teams, incident management and running the service desk teams.
IT Engineer | BWB Consulting Ltd
1st/2nd line IT Support for BWB Consulting. A standard role in IT supporting not just the Notitngham office but several offices around the UK. Projects include new SAN and network infrastructure.
